Biography
Muzaffar is a phenomenologist. His background is interdisciplinary, with degrees in English literature, linguistics, and psychology. He studied English Literature at the University of Punjab (Pakistan), and after graduating, he got some teaching experience. During this time, he became interested in the phenomenon of language acquisition. In 2011, he came to the UK to study linguistics at the University of Essex and got a postgraduate degree in Applied Linguistics under the supervision of Pro Dr Roger Hawkins. He investigated the role of age in the acquisition of linguistically related gestures and the implication of the critical period hypothesis. Then, he taught linguistics and supervised several postgraduate projects at prestigious Universities in Pakistan. Muzaffar Hussain Beigh is the founder member & patron of J&K Peoples Democratic Party. He was born on 8 May 1946 at Wahdina Baramulla and did his masters from Harvard Law School.
Early Life
He was born on 08 May, 1946 at Wahdina, a small hilly village in Baramulla. He did his masters grad from Harvard Law School and worked as advocate in top law firms of USA and India. He has also served as Advocate General of J&K from 1987 to 1989.
Political Journey
Beigh Sb started his political journey in 1996 with Jammu and Kashmir People’s Conference Party where he held the position of Vice-Chairman. In 2002, he fought the election and won from Baramulla constituency. He served as Deputy Chief Minister under Mufti Mohammad Sayeed led PDP-Cong government mot 2006.
He also held the position of Law Minister and Parliamentary Affairs Minister in the state cabinet from the period of 2002-2006. He was again elected to the Legislative Assembly of the J&

Syed Muzaffar Hussain (born 26 August 1966) Son of Sayed Nazar Hussain & Sayed Noorzahan Hussain is an Indian National Congress politician from Mira Bhainder City located in Thane district who has twice served on the Legislative Council for the state of Maharashtra. He was elected as Corporator to the Mira-Bhayander Municipal Council in 1991. He served as First Deputy Mayor of Mira Bhayandar City when Municipal Corporation was formed.
