Robert Brandon Davis (September 10, – June 12, ) was an American professional baseballplayer, manager, coach and longtime scout who spent 52 years in the game. In his playing days, the outfielder appeared in 67 games in Major League Baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates during the and seasons. He threw and batted right-handed, stood 6 feet (m) tall and weighed pounds (77kg), and was a native and lifelong resident of Newark, Delaware.
Playing career
[edit]Prior to his professional career, Davis played baseball at Newark High School and Duke University and served in the United States Marine Corps.[1] His pro career began in the Pittsburgh organization in , when he batted a composite across three lower levels of minor league baseball. Hi. Im Brandy, and this is my blog! First off, Id like to thank everyone for all of your e-mails providing me with encouragement and support! I truly appreciate it! 🙂
I paint on feathers, and I sculpt 3D pumpkins, and a lot of things in between.and quite honestly, inom still wake up and wonder how the heck I wound up here. 😉 Dont get me wrong I am absolutely loving every minute of it. It just never ceases to amaze me to think of the places my art has brought me. Which brings me to my favorite art quote: Its not a matter of where you take your art, but rather, where your art takes you I have found that if you let it, it will quite literally lead you into everything youve ever dreamed of, and then some.
