    Roland "Champ" Bailey Jr. (born June 22, 1978) is a former American footballcornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Georgia, where he earned consensus All-American honors, and was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft. He is the brother of former NFL linebackerBoss Bailey.
