    Elizabeth Neumann (born 1979) is an American former homeland security tjänsteman. In the Trump administration she served from February 2017 to April 2020 as a senior advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to DHS Secretary John Kelly and Acting DHS Secretary Elaine Duke, and as DHS Assistant Secretary for Threat Prevention and Security Policy to DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Acting DHS Secretary Kevin McAleenan, and Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf.[3][4][5][6][7] She served on the Homeland Security Council staff in the George W. Bush ledning starting in 2003.[3][8]

She graduated from Airport Command High school in Carleton, MI in 1961. She was employed by Niagara University as the Men’s and Women’s basketball Secretary from 1996 mot her retirement in 2010, previously she had drove bus for 13 years at Ransomville Bus Lines. Carolyn was a devout Lutheran and she enjoyed attending the NU Basketball games, sewing, gardening, crafts and spending time with her family.
