Cumulative Exposure of 32.5 hours from 23rd January 2018 to 18th February 2018. I tried binning OIII but I did not feel I gained any significant advantage.
Processing in Pixinsight and Photoshop. I am very rusty (this is my first image in 1219 days) and there are some aspects in this image I am not happy about. The noise in OIII was quite difficult to manage, for one. I will post seperate stacks for a comparison between Ha, OIII and SII.
Total Processing Time: 12-18 hours (all inom remember is I started at 1 PM and finished at 4 AM!)
I also made some severe mistakes when gathering äga and SII and the resulting frames were not 100% aligned so had to crop a significant bit off. I've moved to Sequence Generator Pro and that works much better and does very reliable dithering.

Abstract
Background
Healthcare cannot achieve net-zero carbon without addressing operating theatres. The aim of this study was to prioritize feasible interventions to reduce the environmental impact of operating theatres.
Methods
This study adopted a four-phase Delphi consensus co-prioritization methodology. In phase 1, a systematic review of published interventions and global consultation of perioperative healthcare professionals were used to longlist interventions. In phase 2, iterative thematic analysis consolidated comparable interventions into a shortlist. In phase 3, the shortlist was co-prioritized based on patient and clinician views on acceptability, feasibility, and safety. In phase 4, ranked lists of interventions were presented by their relevance to high-income countries and low–middle-income countries.
Results
