      Robert James Anderson (March 6, – June 6, ) was an American child actor and television producer, whose roles included young George Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life.

      Bobby Anderson was born in Hollywood, to a show business family. He was the son of Eugene Randolph Anderson, an assistant director and production manager, and Marie Augusta Fleischer, and his brothers and cousins were editors and production managers in their own right.[1] He was also the nephew, by marriage, of directors William Beaudine and James Flood, both of whom were married to Ande

      Biography

      Robert was born in in Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland, the son of James Anderson, a carpenter and Jane Clarke.[1]

      Robert, a carpenter, married Henrietta McFarlane on May 20th in Antrim 1st Presbyterian Church, witnesses were William McFarlane and Elizabeth McFarlane. [2]

      He passed away on September 22nd, , aged 60 years. [3] He is buried in Dundonald Cemetery grave D5 85 [4]
